I can’t event tell you how many times we’ve been to the Northwoods Open and Sandy Point Resort, maybe a decade but it doesn’t feel like it. Every year it comes up again, that last summer fling and I am always so happy to go because we get to connect with old friends in that Northwoods fresh air with the sounds of red squirrels milling about. This year I didn’t play in the tournament, Chris did, but I sat back and hung out with Eco going on long walks down the backroads and fishing out discs that went in the water. We also witnessed our first Mini-Aqua-Bats ski show in downtown Minocqua, Wisconsin. Every year its sad to leave this place because it goes by so quick but it also entails the end of summer. Looking back now, I wish I had taken some more pictures but when you’re caught up in meditating at the lake and watching dragon flies its almost hard to remember.
